SCIENCE BEHIND

COOLSCULPTING / FAT FREEZING

Harvard research

Developed by researchers at Harvard University, the CoolSculpting fat reduction treatment that consists of destroying fat cells with cold.

POPSICLES & CoolSculpting

Harvard University observed that some children who ate popsicles got dimples in their cheeks.

The scientists – Dieter Manstein, MD and R. Rox Anderson, MD – realised that the popsicles were freezing and reducing the size of small pockets of fat cells.

The idea that cold can target fat cells – without damaging the skin or surrounding tissue – was the insight behind Cryolipolysis®, the proven science on which the CoolSculpting procedure is based.

(The machine operates from -9 ° to -12 ° C).

Within weeks, the fat cells are processed and the body naturally eliminates them. The destruction of fat cells operates a positive effect on your silhouette as it is significantly sculpted.
